Win11_26H2 build xta phantom libraries

In my older post I covered Procmon findings for Win11_24H2 build. The 26H2 introduces 2 additional phantom DLL libraries:

  • C:\Windows\System32\xtajitse.dll
  • C:\Windows\System32\xtajitf.dll
